Construction
The Sunrite spring return roller system retains the properties of a traditional spring loaded blind, and is raised and lowered via a centre pull cord attached to the fabric bottom bar. The return springs are constructed from super elastic drawn and oil hardened sprung steel, ensuring years of trouble-free service.
The roller blind tube is constructed from 32mm diameter extruded aluminium which incorporates a fabric locking groove for ease of fabric insertion and replacement. A spring loaded plunger on the idle end ensures that the blind is held securely in its brackets in the event of misuse. A choice of extruded aluminium or plastic bottom bars are available and can be covered in fabric if preferred. The spring mechanism is inserted on the left hand side of the roller tube and mounting brackets are universal, allowing side, top or face fixing.
