Construction
Head rails for the Sunrite panel blind system are made from commercial grade extruded aluminium and are available in a white powder coated finish. All rails are 17mm deep and come in a choice of three widths: 49mm (3 channel), 67mm (4 channel) and 85mm (5 channel). Each panel is secured via hook & loop Velcro to individual carrier bars which glide in the channels.
For a single stack system where all panels stack to one side, one channel is required for each panel. For a split stack system, one channel is required for every two panels plus one extra for the system.
The system is operated by means of polyester pull cords which can be mounted on the left or right hand side of the head rail.
It is recommended that the panels should be between 500mm and 1000mm wide with overlaps of approximately 100mm. Panel blinds are most suitable for larger windows and can also be used to stunning effect as a room divider.

Fabrics
Panels are available in a massive range of fabrics, many of which are flame retardant to BS5867, Part 2, Type B. Technical performance figures for most fabrics are available on request.
Many curtain fabrics are also suitable for this unique product.
