Construction
The Sunrite standard free hanging pleated blind hardware consists of an extruded aluminium head rail measuring 30mm wide x 13mm deep and lower rail measuring 30mm x 10mm deep. Rails are available in white or brown powder coated finish.
The system comes complete with pulleys and cord guides, and incorporates a cord locking device enabling the blind to be drawn up or down and stopped at the required position in the window.
Tensioned roof light blinds are available and come complete with clear nylon tension cables, allowing blinds to follow the pitch of conservatory roofs etc. Square, rectangular, triangular, trapezoid and many other shapes can also be achieved with the system. The unique ‘evenpleat’ spacing system ensures consistency of shape in each pleat.
All systems are available with the Perfect Fit frame system, allowing secure fixing to PVC windows and roof lights without the need to drill or screw to the frame thanks to the unique gasket bracket system.
The Perfect Fit extruded aluminium frames also reduce light infiltration around the perimeter of the blind and are available in white or brown powder coated finish.
Fabrics
Sunrite offer a huge range of fabrics in a wide spectrum of colours and designs.
Customers may choose to have their own fabric (should this be suitable) used in production and we are happy to provide advice in this area.
Our hand crafted Roman blinds can be finished unlined, lined or even sewn with blackout linings if required.
